* How do I know how the colors will be?
The colors of your screen give an indication of the color of the final printed card. The choice of paper type also has an influence on the final colors. To be sure of the colors of your chosen card, we recommend to order a proof. You will then receive a real card at home, exactly the way it will look when you order it later. With this proof you will receive samples of our paper types and all color samples of our envelopes.
The design you have chosen sometimes contains fixed elements with their own colors. These are part of the design and can not always be adjusted by yourself. If you have a wish let us know, we will of course adjust the design or image for you. let us know
* Can I use my own image / photo?
Yes, you can! Make sure the picture is clear and in high quality, 300 dpi for the best result. Of course you can put the photo in black and white or in color what you want. You can upload your own images under 'afbeeldingen en versieringen' when you have opened your card. If you have 'found' a certain image somewhere, please note that you may also use the image. JilleJille.nl is not liable if an image is used that other people own the rights of. That risk is really for you. The images in our image bank can of course all be used without problems..
* Can a print of hand and / or foot be processed in a mourning card?
Yes, you can! With the help of the editor you can of course place your own print. Make sure the print is clear and in high quality, 300 dpi for the best result. Of course you can place the print in black and white or in color as you like. If you want to change the color of the print so that it fits better in the card, we can of course help you with that. Please contact us.
* I want to use other fonts is that possible?
We have a wide choice of fonts on our site from which you can make your choice. Other fonts that are not in our application can unfortunately not be used.
* I want a different size, eg landscape, portrait, single or double
We can customize this for you, please let us know which design you want and we will save it in your own collection/account and confirm it by email. Please contact us for this.
* How long will my cards be kept in my account?
All cards will always remain in your account, as long as you keep your account at JilleJille.nl. But if you delete your account, you will also delete all your data so all your designed and saved cards will be deleted.

* What does a proof print cost?
The first proof at JilleJille costs only €1,-! All our paper samples will be sent to you immediately. You can also order a personalized proof with foil! In that case you pay the special price of only €2,50. You will also receive the samples of all our paper types and envelope colors immediately. If you want to receive more proofs, you pay the standard card price. An overview of all our prices can be found here
No unexpected costs! That's why all our prices include all printing costs and include VAT. For shipping costs we charge €3,95. With the price calculator on the product page of the ticket of your choice you can calculate the total price.
The price of your cards depends on several things; the size of your card, the size of the card, the type of paper, is it a single or double card, and the number of cards you order. We work with a stacking discount so if you order more cards, the lower the piece price.

With the price calculator on the product page of the foil cards you can calculate the total price. There is a minimum print run of 5 cards. A first personalized proof with foil costs €2.50 and the price of a second one is €4.95. We advise you to always order your own proof card before ordering the final cards. So you can see exactly how the quality of our printing, the foil printing and of course your design and the colors on the paper of your choice.

Unfortunately we cannot ship orders to Norway or Switzerland.
For only €1.35 extra per ticket your tickets will be delivered directly to your family and friends. The nice birthmark with stork you get from us for free. Shipping outside the Netherlands and Belgium has a surcharge of €3.50.
* Can I get a discount on my order?
JilleJille.nl does not use discount codes or (temporary) promotions. The price of the printed cards is determined on the basis of stacking discount, which already includes the discount. The more cards you order, the lower the price per piece. The size and paper type influence the price. Calculate the price of your card with our price calculator, which you will find under the card of your choice when you open it.
* Do I have to call or email before entering the final birth data on the card?
It is best to enter the definitive birth data in your card yourself. We advise you to order a proof of the design in advance and to save the latest version of the card in your own account. When your baby is born you can easily change the data in the card and order the cards as well!
* How do I know that my order has arrived correctly?
Once you have ordered, you will receive an order confirmation by email of the payment and the order. If you have ordered on working days before 18.00 hours, the cards will all be printed and sent to you the same afternoon. On the day of delivery there must be someone at home to receive the cards. If that does not work, you can of course also specify a different delivery address. Foil-printed cards have a longer delivery time: cards with foil-printing ordered before 18:00 hours will be printed and shipped the next working day. * Can I order several cards in one order?
Yes, you can! If you want to order several proofs or you have several cards of which you want to order a number, you can add a new card to your shopping cart in step 1 of the shopping cart by clicking on 'continue shopping'. * I have not created an account and have not saved my proof. Can I still order my cards?
No problem! If you create an account with the same email address as your trial order, your proof will automatically be placed in your account. If this is not the case, please let us know and we will save the proof in your account and send you an email.
* Can I order the envelopes in advance?

* What envelopes are included with the cards?
You are free to choose which envelopes you want with your card, this is not fixed. You can choose from more than 20 colors of envelopes. The real color samples will be sent with your first proof so you can judge the colors well. Click for more information to order envelopes.
* Can I apply for a sample card?
Of course, you would like to assess the quality of the printed material yourself before placing an order. That's very easy with JilleJille. You can order a proof of your card for €1,- (foil print €2,50). This will be made with the same printing press as your final order so you can be sure of the quality. With your model card you will also receive the paper samples and the colors of our envelopes. Ordering a model card is easy in the design tool in 4 steps:

* Do I need an account to send cards?
Yes, you need to apply for an account first in order to create cards. This is your own environment where you can add your best cards to 'my favourites'. You can then save your created cards to 'my designs' to continue working on them at another time, of course you can upload your own photos. Creating an account is free and fast and easy. Directly you can also create an address file to be able to send the cards even faster.
* Create an account, how do you do that?
On the top right of every page of our site you can log in. That's very simple. Go to 'inloggen' and then click on 'account maken'. Here you fill in your data, e-mail address and a password. After your registration you will receive a confirmation email. You can then immediately make and design your cards!
* What does my password have to match?
Your password must have at least 6 characters, you can use letters and numbers..
* When do you order the birth announcement card?
The moment of ordering is of course a personal choice: one would like to arrange it as soon as possible and have the ready in no time. The other waits with it until maternity leave. We advise you to make your birth announcement card about 2 months before the due date and apply for a sample card. Then you will not be surprised if your baby is born earlier than the due date. When your child is born you only have to adjust the final data and order the correct edition.
* I lost my password, how do I get a new one?
Requesting a new password is easy; at 'mijn account' you can log in. If you have lost your password, click here on 'forgot your password'. If you enter your e-mail address here, we will send you a new password.
We have many different fonts on the site you can choose from, also Arabic.
Would you like to use the arabic font for your card, that's possible. Write your text first on an arabic keyboard en kopiëand copy this text on the map in our site. Check the text carefully or let someone who knows the language do that. We have added three fonts as a service to our customers on our site but we don't master Arabic so we can't check the text for correctness! This is your own responsibility. Of course this also applies to other languages, we can not be held responsible for any language errors.
* I have a complaint, where can I go with this?
JilleJille is service orientated and thinks quality is very important. Do you have a complaint about us? Call or email us and clearly explain what your complaint is. Your complaint will be dealt with and resolved as soon as possible. You will always get a response from JilleJille.nl
All designs and images shown on the Jillejille site are copyrighted. These designs and drawings may not be reproduced and/or distributed in any way without JilleJille's express prior written consent.
* I don't want a logo on the card, can it be removed?
Our logo (@jillejille.nl) will automatically appear on the back of our cards. If you don't want that, please don't hesitate to contact us, the logo can be moved (this is free of charge) or removed, for a one-time payment of €15,00. After payment we will remove the logo from your card(s). It is important to request this well in advance, preferably at the proof. This is because the order goes into production almost immediately after ordering the cards and we can only change, move or remove the logo prior to ordering.
* Digital version of my card / pdf
If you made the birth announcement cards online, and you have already ordered the (paper) birth announcement cards (for 50 pieces or more), you can request the digital version of your birth announcement card from Customer Service. Very nice also if you want to write a review on Facebook, Google or Instagram.
* I want the cards only digitally is that possible?
No, you can't. You can receive a digital version of the birth announcement cards or wedding card after you have ordered at least 50 real birth announcement cards. If you only want to receive a digital birth announcement card, without the printed version, we can't help you with that.
* Can my cards be sent directly by JilleJille?
At JilleJille you can have the cards sent directly by us to your family and friends. Choose 'direct verzenden' when ordering and add all the addresses yourself. We will then arrange shipping for you. More information about our direct shipping service can be found here. Please note: this shipping service is unfortunately not yet available for foil cards and cannot be combined with extras such as stickers.
* Can I send a part to my own address and have the rest of the order shipped immediately?
Yes, you can! This is best done by placing two separate orders. Direct shipping: in the ordering process you can choose 'direct verzenden', an addressee page will appear, 1 card will be sent to each address and you can enter the addresses for direct shipping. For all cards you want to receive at home, you can place the order separately by choosing "receive at home" in the ordering process..
* When will my cards be delivered?
Test (proof)cards ordered Monday to Friday before 6:00 pm will be printed the same day and shipped as postal item. Proofs ordered between Friday 6 pm and Sunday 6 pm will be printed and shipped on Sunday evening. These orders fit through the letterbox. Proof cards ordered on Monday to Friday before 6 pm are printed and shipped the same day. Proofs ordered between Friday 6 pm and Sunday 6 pm will be printed and shipped on Sunday evening. Your cards will be delivered by PostNL after 1-2 working days. However, letterbox mail sometimes takes up to 5 working days on the way to Belgium.
Choose to send as a postal item or as a letterbox package:
- Postal item: delivery by the postman; in NL an average of 1-3 days and in Belgium 3-5 days
- DHL letterbox package: delivery with track & trace and parcel service; in NL an average of 1 day and in Belgium 1-2 days
letterbox package from DHL applies to:

* orders with cards and / or envelopes and / or sealing stickers up to 19 pieces (at 20 pieces it automatically becomes a letterbox package.)

For more info about shipping to Belgium click here The delivery time inside and outside Europe differs per country and can be found on the site of PostNL itself. Possible delays of the delivery services are of course out of our control, we can not be held responsible for this.
* I was not at home for the delivery, what happens to my parcel?
Delivery of the cards in The Netherlands is done by PostNL. If you are not at home they will deliver the parcel to the neighbours, or they will make a new delivery attempt the next day. If the second delivery attempt does not succeed, there is a good chance that the parcel will be delivered to a pick-up location. You can see this via the tracking code. If you don't have a Track and Trace code, feel free to call us, and we will certainly go after it. After the first unsuccessful delivery attempt it is possible to use the tracking code to immediately choose delivery to a pickup location. You are dependent on the opening hours of this location. For customers in the Netherlands PostNL can give a date and time of delivery, for customers in Belgium they only give a delivery date.
Most orders on JilleJille.nl are custom made, every card you order will be printed especially for you. The right of withdrawal therefore does not apply to these orders. However, JilleJille guarantees customer satisfaction on all its services. We find it important that you as a customer are satisfied.
* My cards were not delivered on time, what to do?
For shipping we use PostNL in the Netherlands and Bpost in Belgium. If you have ordered your cards on time, but have not received them within the expected delivery time, please let us know immediately via the contact form or call us at phone number (085) 743 07 67. We will immediately go after your package to make sure you get it as soon as possible. If you order your cards or sample on working days before 18.00 hours, it will be printed in the afternoon and usually delivered the next working day by PostNL. If you order during the weekend it will be printed on Monday and usually delivered on Tuesday. We do not print on Sundays and national holidays such as Easter and Christmas.
*Can I order a birth canvas from the card?
Yes you can! However, this is currently not done via the site but manually. If you want to order a birthpainting please send an email to info@jillejille.nl with the name under which you ordered the birthpainting and which card it's about. You will always get a test via email before the canvas is actually printed. For more information about sizes and prices of a canvas click here.
* Can I order the stickers in advance?
You can also order the stickers in advance, for stickers from the standard collection you pay no shipping costs. To view this collection click here. We also have stickers with real gold foil click here.
Our stamps are 35 millimeters in diameter and are delivered on sheets of 35 pieces and cost €5,95 per sheet. Tip: Order your stickers sluitzegels
* Can I order stickers with my own design?
If you prefer a personalized stamp, you can. These stamps with your own design have a diameter of 40mm and the costs are €6,- per sheet of 24 stamps. We can also deliver (round) stickers for a christening sugar, diameter 8,5 cm. The cost of these is €6,- per sheet of 6 stickers, no design costs. Please contact us via info@jillejille.nl and let us know your wishes. You will always receive a sample via email before the stickers are actually printed. For our customers outside The Netherlandswe charge a contribution of €4,50 for sending these personalized stickers.
* Is JilleJille's payment procedure secure?
The payment of the cards is definitely safe! The payment screens are fully secured, so it is not possible for third parties to access your payment details. The security works via the so-called Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. Providing incorrect information is also punishable. Abuse of this information is reported to the BKR in Tiel.
